About First Baptist Church of Fannett

First Baptist Church of Fannett is a Bible-believing church located in outside of Beaumont in Fannett, TX. Our beliefs are based on the Bible and centered on Jesus Christ. Our mission is very simple: to glorify God by loving others and making disciples. We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention.

Called to Discipleship

We exist to give glory to God and provide a means of fellowship among believers, caring for one another and encouraging each other to pursue Christ as His disciples. We love others by serving one another as we seek to meet the needs of the body and the community. We work to equip others for the work of ministry, which is defined by the Great Commission for the building up of the body of Christ.

Family

At First Baptist Church of Fannett we value the family and we believe church should be a place for people of all ages. Every Sunday we provide children's ministries alongside our regular services, which provides an age-appropriate environment for kids to encounter Christ.

Leadership

First Baptist Church of Fannett is guided by a leadership team who provides overall direction and watchful care over the spiritual needs of the church. Our pastor provides sound, practical, biblical teaching at each worship service. He has received theological and pastoral training and is equipped to share God's love with our local community. In addition to our pastor, First Baptist Church of Fannett is blessed with a leadership team 0f elders and deacons who are truly dedicated to Christ and to accomplishing His will.
